According to § 7 para 1 TMG /German Telemedia Act/, we as service providers are only liable for our own content on these web pages in accordance with general legislation. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we as service providers are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third party information or to investigate indications that illegal activities are taking place.
However, the obligation to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remains unaffected. Liability in this respect however is only possible once we have knowledge of a specific infringement. Once we become aware of such infringements, we will remove the content immediately.
